Before joining AFSI Inc., Kirill served as an Accounting and Taxation Advisor at Timan & Associates, where he directed similar financial management functions and interacted with Boards of Directors and Presidents regarding financial forecasts and reports. His earlier roles include Membership Associate at the Canadian Association of Radiologists and CSO at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he honed his skills in customer service and database administration.
Kirill is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Hebrew. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from NSU, which laid the foundation for his successful career in financial services.

Olga Polonska serves as a Business Advisor at Acco Financial Services Inc. (AFSI Inc.) in Montreal, QC, where she has been instrumental since 2010. Known for her disciplined, self-starting nature, Olga brings a wealth of expertise in financial management and consulting, developed over years of diverse professional experience.
Olga’s role at AFSI Inc. involves directing financial management functions for a range of clients, which includes developing monthly and quarterly financial statements, financial forecasts, and budgets. Her work extends to overseeing general accounting functions, such as accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliation, and cash management. She is also responsible for consulting both individuals and companies on personal and corporate taxation.
Prior to joining AFSI Inc., Olga was a Management Advisor at Timan & Associates, where she honed her skills in financial management and human resources consulting.
Olga holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from Concordia University, which complements her professional experience by providing insights into human behavior and management. Iryna’s professional experience spans several roles, including an Accounting Technician at Gals-2000 and a Financial Auditor in public finance at the State Financial Inspection in Chernivtsi. She also worked as an Economist and Accounting Clerk for transportation and logistics companies, and as a Financial Sales Representative at Rodovid Bank in Ukraine.

Natalia Cocsanova
Natalia Cocsanova is a seasoned accounting professional with over fifteen years of experience in the field. Natalia’s analytical and synthesizing skills, coupled with her adaptability and strong organizational sense, enable her to thrive in fast-paced environments. She is known for her excellent teamwork abilities and her capacity to prioritize and take responsibility for complex tasks.
Her previous roles include Tax Technician at Brunet Roy Dubé, CPA, and various positions at H&R Block, Santé Fiscale INC, and Lepage Comptable. These roles have allowed her to refine her skills in tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and general accounting tasks.

Olena Ignatenko
Olena Ignatenko is a dedicated and skilled Accounting Clerk with a comprehensive educational background and diverse professional experience in finance and administration. She is a recent graduate of the Applied Accounting and Administration program at John Abbott College, where she developed a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial management.
Olena’s career began at Oschadny Bank in Ukraine, where she served as an Economist from 2003 to 2008. In this role, she was responsible for recording information accurately, conducting data analysis, preparing detailed reports, and contributing to the branch’s overall success. Her ability to organize work information ensured accuracy and completeness, which laid the foundation for her future roles.
She later joined UMH Group as a Marketing Specialist from 2009 to 2014, where she conducted market research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies. Olena managed the marketing budget, optimized spending, and developed detailed analysis reports for board meetings. Her role also involved executing advertising and marketing plans and maintaining a robust customer base.
From 2015 to 2017, Olena worked at Ukrtransgaz as a Tender Finance Specialist. She prepared and submitted tenders, developed strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensured compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Her responsibilities also included creating expense and financial reports, entering financial transactions into internal databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
